Lincoln Square

Home to a large branch of the Chicago Public Library system, along with the Old Town School of Folk Music, it's a wonder why Lincoln Square residents ever leave the neighborhood. Lincoln Square boasts a wide variety of restaurants and shops, along with many bars and grocery stores.

Residents enjoy visiting the gorgeous large parks the neighborhood houses on sunny days, and also enjoy paying the neighborhood's movie theater a visit on days when the weather is not so picturesque. Lincoln Square offers plenty of parking for residents who drive, but it is not necessary for Lincoln Square residents to have a car. The neighborhood has stops on the Brown Line, along with express buses to downtown Chicago, making the neighborhood easily accessible for visitors and residents. Lincoln Square's housing is primarily made up of two- and three flats, along with single-family homes on large lots.
