Upon your arrival to our office, a licensed leasing agent familiar with your search will be assigned to you. He or she will go over your criteria: size, neighborhoods, move date, and rent range, then search our database for apartments that match. After compiling a list of possible options, they will gather the keys and drive you to see the apartments. If you find an apartment you would like to apply for, you will be asked to put down the first month's rent and a credit check fee. The approval process of an application generally takes 2-3 days at which point you will be asked to sign your lease and place a security deposit.

We generally get listings 30-60 days in advance, but even if you only have a couple days to move, we can help. We have apartments ready to move into, 365 days a year.

It's a good idea to bring any documents that may be useful in the approval process; Offer letters, past rental contacts, check stubs, co-signer information, as well as a payment method to secure the apartment.
It is probably a good idea to set an appointment, especially on weekends, but we always have agents ready to assist walk-ins.
